Chambers Park at Lake Cuyamaca is PERFECT! Sites are clean and there are water & electric hookups. No sewer but there are places to dump nearby. (Not too many of those around, although honestly, I don't seek them out) They do make a pretty good Reuben sandwich and they serve Erdinger's Dark which is an awesome wheat German beer.
